Tracking the market, one close at a time

Trade the rules. Not the noise.

Turtle Desk applies the classic Turtle Trading system to a curated universe of liquid US ETFs and leading stocks. After each market close, it identifies fresh breakouts, calculates volatility, and shows the position size dictated by your risk.

A disciplined process, every market close

Turtle Desk checks a focused universe of liquid, representative instruments after the closing bell. It surfaces only fresh signals—then shows the exact channel, volatility measure, stop distance, and position size behind each setup.

Governed by the public, versioned Turtle Fund Charter v1.0.

Scan the universe

Turtle Desk checks a curated mix of broad-market, sector, international, commodity, bond, and thematic ETFs, together with a small group of leading US stocks.

Find fresh breakouts

A signal appears only when price first crosses the relevant channel. Turtle Desk distinguishes a new breakout from a move already several sessions old.

Size the trade

Every setup includes N, the breakout level, the 2N stop distance, and a position size based on account equity and risk.

Two systems. One rule-based discipline.

Turtle Desk implements the two breakout systems associated with the original Turtle methodology. System 1 is the faster core system; System 2 captures slower, less frequent trends. Read how Turtle Trading, N, pyramiding and exits work.
